It’s been a long time since we last updated you on our ever-expanding team, but this month we’re proud to say that we’ve received not one, but two new additions to our social media and marketing team. As we’ve done in the past, we wanted to introduce you the them, so without further ado, let’s begin!
Meg – Social Media Apprentice
Meg joined One2create at the start of June, and since then she’s been completely involved in every aspect of our social media activities. With a background in music journalism, Meg has used her creative flair to help our clients expand their online presence.
Meg chose an apprenticeship because she wanted to throw herself into the working world, whilst still finding a career that she can pursue in the future. From her very first day, Meg’s helped support our existing marketing team in a variety of ways, including updating our social media platforms, creating rich media and developing social media strategies for each of our clients. So, what’s Meg enjoyed about working at One2create so far?
“So far, I have learnt the importance of timing social media posts to ensure you get the maximum engagement possible. I’ve enjoyed getting stuck straight into planning social content for our clients and expanding my knowledge on things relevant to their industries. In the future I look forward to building a great report with the clients and working along the same wave length as them to give them exactly what they’re after.”
She’s really has hit the ground running, and has already become an invaluable member of the team. We’re extremely excited to see what else she can do over the course of her apprenticeship, go Meg!
Chloe – Social Media Apprentice
Much the same as Meg, Chloe wanted to take on an apprenticeship because she wanted to experience life in a thriving marketing agency. She’s previously worked with national newspapers and loves creative writing (our copywriting team are going to make full use of that, don’t worry!)
She started with One2create mid-June, and since then she’s been helping the marketing team with all aspects of social media and content creation. She’s currently handling several of our client social media accounts, and her eye for a good news story combined with her passion to learn has been a pleasure to watch.
Ever since day one she’s been keen to be involved in everything we do, and we can’t thank her enough for everything she’s done so far. It’s only been a few weeks, but we can see some exciting times ahead for her.
So, what’s Chloe enjoyed about working at One2create so far?
“So far I am loving my apprenticeship and working with One2create. I’ve learnt some key photoshop skills, learnt how to create interactive content for social media and how to manage my time so I can get posts scheduled for a set deadline.
I’ve enjoyed creating images and rich media for my clients and One2create as I love bringing out my creative side. I also love the location of the office and spending some time outside in the countryside. In the future I am looking forward to taking over all my clients and interacting with them to provide them with the best content possible!”
We hope that you all join us in wishing a great big welcome to both girls, and we’ll keep you updated on their progress throughout the rest of the year!
