SAVING LIVES EVERYDAY
If you haven’t heard of the County Air Ambulance Trust, then despite the fact we’re happy you’ve never had to use their service; it’s about time you got to know more about them!
The Trust provides a vital service to the local community – saving lives every day for twenty years, through the funding of Air Ambulance Services across the region.
It’s safe to say that everyone at One2create has been suitably humbled to work with the Trust, helping to promote its fundraising efforts to ensure the long-term continuation of this life-saving service.
ANNUAL GALA DINNER
Our next involvement will be in support of the Trust’s annual gala event, themed as a fabulous Christmas dinner to be held at The De Vere Hotel in Southampton – 26th November from 7pm.
There are a host of reasons to attend, not least a charity auction to raise crucial funds for the Trust, while the gala will also see an appearance from special guest speaker and legendary Formula 1 racing commenter, Murray Walker OBE.
There will also be some fabulous live music from ‘The Jump Up Kings’, playing classics covers from The Beatles and The Rolling Stones, alongside more modern hits from The Arctic Monkeys and Red Hot Chilli Peppers.
WHAT ARE YOU THANKFUL FOR?
Often in business, people get so caught up in the stresses and strains of meeting targets and being successful that we forget what really matters.
So, whilst One2create is supporting the event through our sponsorship of a sparkling champagne reception, we’ll also be providing everyone with the opportunity to assess what’s really important in life – and that’s often life itself.
We will be creating a ‘Thankful Wishing Tree’, asking attendees of the dinner to take a second to ponder, writing down and hanging their thoughts on the tree based on what they are thankful for in life.
We hope by making people think about what they have to be thankful for in life that they will, if they don’t already, gain an even greater appreciation for the fantastic work that the County Air Ambulance Service does within our region.
