Hey There,

I’m Charlie, the new addition to the One2create family.

My aim is to fill your heads with even more O2C magic, including what we get up to and some good old tips and tricks of the trade.

But to begin with, I want to share my One2create experience with you…

Let me tell you how it all happened (it is quite a funny story actually)
I met David, at an exhibition at the Grand De Vere Hotel in Southampton.
We got speaking and I really respected how much passion he had for the company. We then went separate ways and a few days later (with the amazing see-through business card he had handed me) I decided I had nothing to lose and so sent him an email asking ‘if I could be cheeky and ask for some work experience.’

The next thing I know I am sat in the One2create reception with my portfolio waiting for a meeting with Rosie. It was great to see that Rosie had exactly the same attitude as David! It turned out that the next 10 days I would become a part of the O2C team. To say I was excited is an understatement! It fitted in so well that this then turned into a permanent position as the marketing assistant for One2create. The hard work paid off!!

During my time so far with the creative bunch there has never been a dull moment! From live illustrations at the Police Headquarters to using augmented reality and a crazy treat-giving business card machine at Business South and The Business Show Exhibition in London. This, along with networking events across the South Coast and decorating the interiors of the office, I’ve been rather busy! (You have to come and check out our wall of fame, I am very proud of the DIYwork!)

Within just 3 months I have learnt more programs than you can imagine! From Sprout Social and Hootsuite, to Text Pattern and Mailchimp, ohh and I can’t forget Capsule and Basecamp. My knowledge on social media, infographics and mailers has improved by miles. My confidence in networking has progressed and it’s easy peasey when you are talking about something you are so passionate about and for a company who is outstandingly good at what they do!

We are constantly busy thinking of unique ideas for our clients and always keeping on top of the news, making sure we are on top form with the world. And then we like to let you all know about it, as no one ever likes being left behind!

It is always so exciting working with new clients as it means it is time for a brainstorm! The research begins and we become crazy creative scientists – experimenting with different ideas to see which ones are the most suitable for the client’s target market. Then the magic happens and we watch the creative juices flow into something beautiful!

Come and experience it for yourself and meet the team who are extremely welcoming, not just good for a chinwag.

I have realised that no job is too big for these guys, they can help set up a business right from the word go to the first customer purchase!

Nothing is too difficult for us, the more imaginative the better and more fun we can have making a difference and helping you stand out to your audience.

I am currently working on a #O2Cstartups hash tag so feel free to follow and share any advice you find useful. Also I will be keeping you all updated with our new office puppy Dexter so you can watch him grow with us 😀 along with plenty more fun need-to-knows!
