"Blink and you miss it" pretty much sums up the month of June!
After successfully securing the Inchcape Fleet Solutions’ Data Management and Reporting contract, recruiting and setting up the new internal systems to facilitate this brand new service, we have now run our first "month-end", un-aided and with no issues!
IFS have also recently increased our Marketing contract with them to facilitate additional requirements from their government contracts, so we are once again recruiting.
As the year moves into its second half, we are flat out with project work taking us well into December and we are happy to announce that we have recently been awarded new projects with Inchcape Retail and LeasePlan which will be running over the next 6 weeks.

To say we are "crazy busy" at the moment would be an understatement!
On the plan this month we have a large quantity of marketing activities for Inchcape Fleet Solutions and a large event for BT Fleet.
On the website-front, we are in various stages of several large company sites such as Inchcape Fleet Solutions, Nexus Vehicle Rental and Taekwon-Do Impact. These are running alongside other large-scale web development projects, which include Salary Sacrifice, Affinity Schemes and 360 reporting projects.
As usual there are several PQQ'S and tender responses for the Bid Management department to deliver for Inchcape Fleet Solutions this coming month and the creative team are flat-out supporting all of these projects and more!
All this on top of the new Data Management and Reporting contract set-up and knowledge transfer for Inchcape Fleet Solutions makes May and what is set for the rest of the year, a busy one indeed!

It is with great pleasure that we can announce that Inchcape Fleet Solutions has awarded one2create a new, 2 year contract for the provision of data management and reporting services.
The announcement came late in April 2010 and a team was put in place on May 4th, to facilitate the knowledge transfer and set-up of this contract, which commences 1st of June 2010.
Throughout this contract, one2create will be working closely with the staff at Inchcape Fleet Solutions to ensure a continuation of their client service levels and to facilitate improvements to both the format and delivery of all client reports going forward.
We are proud to have been awarded this important and exciting contract and look forward to working with Inchcape Fleet Solutions to make it a success.
After successfully completing a full rebranding exercise for Nexus earlier this year, One2create have recently been awarded the contract to produce their new-look company website.
One2create will work closely with the internal development team at Nexus to deliver a whole new look and feel to the company website that they can then integrate into the back end web systems.
Work has already started, so watch this space.
One2create were awarded the contact to develop a full Salary Sacrifice System for Arnold Clark in March 2010.
One2create will be producing both the front and back-end system for this exciting project, which will involve live interaction with Arnold Clark’s main system for real-time quoting.
This project is on the plan to commence in April 2010.
One2create is proud to boast that the recent adverse weather conditions had no effect to our services levels. Having put our disaster recovery procedures into action on Tuesday morning based on the weather forecast, all of our staff were able to work from home from 9am on Wednesday morning when most of the country was at a standstill.
Our main switchboard number and dedicated support lines were also diverted to home offices by 8:30am on Wednesday morning, to ensure the continuity of our communications channels. We have worked very hard to ensure that our disaster recovery procedures are as robust as possible and are happy to have proved that we have the power to ensure continuity of service to our clients in any situation.
Salary Sacrifice schemes have been in operation for a number of years and have successfully been utilised within the Corporate Benefit environment to support a range of services including Childcare, Healthcare and Pensions etc.

One2create has been awarded the contract to undertake the complete re-branding of Nexus Vehicle Rentals and its IRIS product.
Nexus require a fresh and contemporary brand image to match their business standing and this project will cover all aspects of the Nexus brand, both on and off-line and is on the plan for completion early Q1 2010.
One2create are looking forward to working closely with Nexus Vehicle Rental to ensure that the new brand exceeds all of the current and future requirements.
At the recent award ceremony during National Customer Service Week, One2create was awarded a Special Recognition Award by Inchcape Fleet Solutions for its ongoing service excellence across the 4 contracts for Media, Development, Marketing and Bid Management.
We are proud to have been recognised as a gold winning supplier by Inchcape and look forward to continuing to provide award winning services to all of our clients over the years to come.
One2create was awarded the contract to develop a bespoke 360º reporting system for Inchcape Fleet Solutions in early October. This project is now in the early stages of discovery and once completed will provide full 360º reporting capabilities for both their clients and suppliers.

As part of our contract with Inchcape Fleet Solutions, One2create designs, builds and supports all of the client extranets. These systems sit in our secure .net framework and provide information such as car policies, online quoting systems and reporting, all of which integrate into their main system in real-time.

One2create completed Phase 1 of the Morgan Redwood website project on 9/10/2009. This first phase was a complete re-design of their website, integrating their new Corporate ID throughout the site. Phase 2 of the project is due to commence shortly which will involve integration of a complete Content Management System with full data-capture capabilities.
After the successful development of the Virgin Media Fleet Vision fleet management system earlier on this year One2create have recently been commissioned to develop a PDA-ready version of this powerful management tool. This project has already commenced and will be completed by early November.
One2create has been asked to develop the new e-commerce website for Taekwon-Do Impact. Initially this system will allow students to purchase equipment from the online store but will then be expanded to provide a fully secure Instructors Management System. This project is due to commence in September ... watch this space.
