The BT Fleet Newsletter
Distributed to an extremely large database of clients, staff and prospects quarterly, the BT Fleet Newsletter is a highly important piece of marketing.
It communicates the latest developments at BT Fleet, news of special offers and other key items crucial to the smooth running of the company.
One2create's remit for this involves regularly sourcing newsworthy, topical stories and composing them in an easily digestible way. In addition, we also provided the initial designs and format.
Powering Your Future Fleet event
Organising this prestigious event at the BT Tower, London, proved a real challenge, especially considering the importance of it to our client.
Our involvement in the project spanned every area: build-up marketing campaigns were developed and sent to all delegates, delegate packs (including mini USBs and lanyards) were designed and ordered, alongside the supply of brochures and product sheets.
To compliment these areas, event-specific pull-up stands were designed and ordered to add the final touches.

Company Product Collateral
Our remit here was to provide a corporate folder, brochure and a series of product sheets.
The new collateral would be created and distributed to clients and prospects to demonstrate BT Fleet's service offering.
The folder concept was developed in order to contain the product sheets in its inner front cover and the brochure inside the back cover. By doing this, the contents could be tailored for whichever purpose was required.
The end product incorporated silver metallic inks and blue foils matched to BT Fleet's existing corporate branding in order to give it a high quality finish.
Marketing Campaigns
The central theme for the project was decided as: "You have enough things to worry about, so why let your fleet be another?" The campaign included contrasting imagery of household disasters and scenes of calm.
The central campaign theme provided the inspiration for a series of BT Fleet adverts, requested by the client.
The adverts themselves were redesigned and resized to allow for insertion into several different publications and the content was also constructed in order to convey specific messages.
BT Fleet Website
The BT Fleet Website represented a collaborative effort between One2create’s Creative Media and Development teams.
The site forms the centerpiece of BT Fleet’s marketing strategy, allowing customers and prospects access to a host of information about the company.
It also allows customers to log in and arrange service, maintenance and repair tasks with ease.
