Point Of Sale – print / exhibition stuff / gifts - BT Fleet

At One2create, we believe that the use of Point of Sale materials at events is of paramount importance in order to attract attention and enhance the brand image.

The purpose of Point of Sale promotion, like other advertising, is to sell. The functional purposes of these materials are to inform the consumer of the presence of the organisation and to generate interest and excitement about the brand and or product in order to stimulate buy-in.

At the Fleet Van Awards 2008, BT Fleet asked us to help them do just that. BT Fleet part-sponsored the prestigious event and as such required a position within the exhibition hall that would stand out from the competition.

Following a lengthy decision process, BT Fleet made their business decisions based on our quotations and recommendations. Running alongside the newly developed website, delivered by our own development and creative teams, One2create designed a 3m x 3m backdrop display. This created the presence they required, further enhanced with an exhibition stand to display the promotional giveaways and brochures.

The branded giveaway items consisted of seasonal items, which correlated with the time of year in which the event took place. They included, for example, tyre pressure gauges and ice scrapers packs, housed in a specially designed presentation box, again with the BT Fleet brand firmly in place.

As well as the giveaway items, BT Fleet required a hard copy of the corporate brochure, so One2create designed this based around their products, services and core values using the same uniform as the website.

Additionally One2create designed an interactive e-brochure that could be viewed from a state of the art touch screen monitor. This also allowed access to their new website, enabling the users to send products of interest directly to their own email addresses.

Due to the effort ploughed into this event, BT Fleet were delighted with the response. Not only did they increase their brand awareness and obtain valuable leads, they also walked away with the prestigious accolade of Fleet Management Company of the Year!
