Our Marketing team has extensive experience in organising and managing corporate events. From the launch of a new product, through to participating in charity days, we have delivered seamless and creative events to impress audiences.
One2create can manage the entire package, from venue sourcing, invitations and decoration to transport, entertainment and catering. For Inchcape Fleet Solutions, not only has this afforded more time to concentrate on core business affairs, but also the ability to network more effectively on the day, secure in the knowledge that the event is being managed by professionals who have organised it down to the smallest detail and have plans in place to handle all eventualities.
Working alongside the account managers at Inchcape Fleet Solutions, we coordinated an event held at Egg for its employees.
This involved building an exhibition stand where various point of sale materials, posters, giveaways and competition forms were made available to Egg staff. All products were designed and supplied by One2create, and were of paramount importance to the success of the event.
Feedback from the event, which was aimed at increasing brand awareness and product knowledge, was extremely positive.
IFS took part in NCSW in October. The event involved client visits and culminated in the big Thank-you Bash for staff at the end of the week.
The project required a long list of items in order to make it a success, and included a number of fun teamwork activities and discussion forums for clients and staff alike.
Working alongside IFS staff, One2create organised the event location, party theme, press releases, posters, raffle flyers, invitations to clients & staff, 'Golden Orb Awards' inception, certificates, seating plans, place names, decorations, cake, party bags, piñata, quiz sheets and thank-you mailers.
The event was gratefully received by all, and following the company wide survey, it was seen to have been the most successful event at Inchcape Fleet Solutions for many years.
In order to demonstrate Inchcape Fleet Solutions’ commitment to the community, One2create supported staff and Directors in order to participate in Red Nose Day 2009.
Various fundraising initiatives were undertaken that involved all business levels and resulted in 150 staff raising more than £3,500 for the charity.
Events included the Directors cooking breakfast for the staff, payments for fancy dress, games including ‘Douse the Director’ – a sponge throwing event, sponsored chest waxing and an auction that enabled staff to bid for ‘the weekend use’ of the Directors cars.
This was a very useful and rewarding exercise, benefitting the community, staff morale and overall brand awareness of Inchcape Fleet Solutions through effective use of our PR contacts.
